| Asilomar room rates include breakfast, lunch and dinner beginning with dinner, at 5:30 pm, on the day you arrive, and ending with lunch, at noon, on your departure day. The attendee registration fees are reduced from MSST 2011 to compensate for the meals included with your room. Rooms are distributed across several interesting buildings and vary in style, so early registrations will have more choices. The cutoff date for room reservations is March 14th. After that, rooms will be available on a space available basis. IEEE Computer Society members receive lower rates. It might be beneficial for you to join the Computer Society here to become eligible for member rates. IEEE and Computer Society dues are listed here. Note: You do not have to be a member of IEEE itself. |
